"There Is No Hope Of Any Reconciliation"– Pastor Anita Oyakhilome

Those hoping for a miracle in the troubled marriage of the Christ Embassy founder, Chris Oyakhilome and his wife may not get one if recent reports are true.

According to Premium Times, Anita, estranged wife of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, has ruled out any possibility of getting back with her husband.

The news site claimed they contacted Pastor Mrs Oyakhilome through her lawyers, who informed them that her relationship with the popular televangelist had terribly degenerated, and ‘there is no room for any reconciliation or out-of-court settlement’and ‘there was no chance the estranged couple would ever live as husband and wife again.’

The lawyer was quoted saying:

“It is with great sadness that our client, Pastor Anita Oyakhilome, has come to the conclusion that her marriage to Pastor Christian Oyakhilome has irretrievably broken down and regrettably there is no hope of any reconciliation. We can confirm that Pastor Anita Oyakhilome has commenced divorce proceedings in London as she resides in the UK.”

The nature of Iyanya’s recently shared picture on Instagram, and the reactions from his fans to it have created a lot of buzz on social media.

The Pop star posted on his IG page on September 2, 2014 a photo of himself showing his ripped arm. Fans immediately reacted, with most disapproving of the nature of his build and bulging muscles.

Now while  the ladies seem to dig entertainers like this, i mean, the likes ofFlavor, P-square, Banky W, Burna boy and a lot of other artistes have all shown us the benefits of working out and staying sexy, but Iyanya stands out with his really really huge arms. This leads to the big question:

Isn't Iyanya taking the whole body building thing a little bit too far? 

Natural Ways to Getting Fairer Underarms

To get you out of your shy zone and to make you feel confident in that thin strap blouse, let us tell you a few things with which you can lighten your underarm skin. Include these in your daily routine to get fairer underarms.

1.Lemon Use the best natural bleaching agent- lemon. Lemon has skin bleaching properties along with antiseptic and antibacterial properties. Just take a thick lemon wedge and rub it on your underarms. You can also take lemon juice, and rub that under your arms with a cotton ball. After this, wash the area well and apply some moisturiser. Lemon helps to remove dead skin cells and lighten your skin naturally

 2. Potato or potato juice Potato is another vegetable that has natural skin bleaching properties. Just take a slice of potato and rub that on your armpits for a few minutes. Do this regularly to see your underarm darkness disappear. You can also grate a potato and use its juice to rub on your armpits.

 3. Apple cider vinegar Apple cider vinegar is another natural ingredient to get rid of darken armpits. It takes care of many skin problems like body odor, acne, dark spots and blemishes. Mix some apple cider vinegar with either baking soda or rice flour to make a paste. Apply this paste under your arms. Wash it off after a few minutes to feel a difference

 4.Exfoliate underarms Dead skin cells are one of the major culprits behind dark armpits. So, exfoliate your underarms regularly with natural scrubs like: Mix equal quantity of baking soda and rose water. Use this scrub to exfoliate your underarms skin. You can also add little cucumber juice in it. Mix a cup of brown sugar with three tablespoons of olive oil. Make a thick paste and scrub your underarm skin with this. After 3-4 minutes rinse it off and apply a moisturizer

 5. Orange peel If you love eating oranges then do not throw away its peel. Orange peels can be used to lighten your skin tone. Keep it under the sun for a few days. After that, grind those dried peels in a grinder and make a powder. Mix this powder with rose water and milk to make a thick paste of it. Use this as a scrub-c*m-pack for your underarms. Keep it on for at least 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off. This would help you to get rid of the dead skin cells.

Mobile World Congress 2014: All You Need To Know About Nokia, Samsung, Sony, LG & Blackberry.

This year's Mobile World Congress which is being held in Barcelona, Spain, has given all top mobile phone makers across the globe a platform to showcase what they've been working on since its last edition, and this year's edition is quite impressive. Nokia unleashed their first android powered phones, the Nokia X series, (before you start arguing or asking yeye questions, yes, Nokia can now ping bcos these new phones support BBM), alongside the Nokia Asha 220 &Asha 230. Samsung didn't lag behind in this congress too as they finally released the Samsung Galaxy S5, while Sony showcased their new Xperia Z2 phone and tablet + the Xperia M2. LG also officially launched their LG G Pro 2 and Blackberry unveiled their all new Q20 and Z3 phone. HTC One also won the "Best Smartphone" award, breaking Samsung's 2-year wining streak.

Starting with Nokia, the Finnish company announced their low-budget Asha phones, the Nokia Asha 220 & Asha 230. Now the Asha 220 is a keypad enabled phone that features a 2.4-inch QVGA LCD display, and it sports a 2-megapixel rear camera, also supports expandable storage up to 32GB microSD card. Connectivity options on the phone include Micro-USB and Bluetooth.The Nokia 220 packs an 1100mAh battery, which according to the company delivers up to 15 hours of talktime and up to 24 days of standby time (dual-SIM model). The Nokia 220 comes in five colour variants. On the other hand, the Asha 230 is a full touchscreen phone that features a 2.8-inch QVGA (240x320 pixels) display and supports up to 32GB microSD card.The Nokia Asha 230 features the Fastlane UI, which shows notifications on the home screen of the device. The phone comes preloaded with apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, LINE and WeChat, has a 1.3megapixel camera and 1020mAh battery capacity. These 2 Asha phones are expected to be low-budget, hence it would be available for customers who aren't financially capable of purchasing the higher Lumia phones. Also, Nokia launched their first-ever android phones, which were created based on the Android Open Source Project. These phones are the Nokia X, Nokia X+ and Nokia XL. The Nokia X and Nokia X+ phones  both run Android v4.1.2 Jelly bean OS, with a 4-inch WVGA IPS LCD screen (800 x 480), WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth v3.0, 3megapixel camera, and Dual-core 1Ghz Snapdragon S4 processor with 512ram and 768ram respectively. The superior Nokia XL also runs Android v4.1.2 Jelly bean, but comes in a 5-inch WVGA IPS LCD screen, with 5megapixel rear camera with flash + 2megapixel front camera, WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth v3.0, Dual-core 1Ghz Snapdragon S4 processor with 768ram and 4GB memory. All the Nokia X series phones feature the Fastlane UI.

Since these devices run on Android v4.1.2 OS, any app from the Google Play store and Nokia Store can be installed on them (Yes! How many times do you want to ask naa? I said you can download BBM on it! It can PING!!!).

Yes, Samsung also didn't carry last at the MWC 2014. The "Almighty" Galaxy S5 was released, and I must say; it's a bad-a$$ phone! The Galaxy S5 is gonna be launched for sale in April, worldwide. It comes with a massive and very clear 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display, 2.5Ghz quad-core processor + 2GB ram (I swear down, no game or app can hang on this phone walahi!). There is also a heart-rate sensor built into the phone, and a fingerprint scanner (this one is better than Apple’s iPhone 5S sha). The Galaxy S5 comes with a 16megapixel rear camera and 2megapixel front camera. It runs the latest Android v4.4.2 Kitkat OS and will have features like Dust & Water Proof, Ultra Power Saving mode, Download Booster, Private Mode (which can be accessed only through the owner’s fingerprint) and Super Fast Camera Auto-Focus.  It will come in 16GB & 32GB variants, with the ability to increase the memory up to 128GB using a Micro SD card. The battery is huge too, 2800mAh, and can last up to 21 hours on 3G. Nice one, Samsung.

Sony were also very much present at the MWC 2014, revealing their Xperia Z2 smartphone and Xperia Z2 tablet, along with the Xperia M2 smartphone. The M2 comes with a qHD (960x540)-resolution 4.8-inch screen, 1.2Ghz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 8-megapixel camera, with a very impressive battery. Now this device isn't running Android v4.4 Kitkat like the new Xperia Z2, but it runs Jellybean with the Sony UI. But that's not all Sony came to the MWC 2014 for. They officially unveiled their World Cup Brazil smartwatch: The SmartWatch 2. The android powered smartwatch would be released in time before the World Cup commences, and would come in every colour of each national team to play in the competition. Very classy, isn't it?

LG, with their proud world-class masterpiece device, the LG G Pro 2, were really bossing around at the MWC 2014 in Barcelona. The new device has a huge 5.9-inch 1080p IPS screen, 2.26Ghz Snapdragon processor + 3GB ram, a 13MP camera rear and 2.1MP front camera, running Android Kitkat OS. The smartphone is 4GLTE enabled, protected by the Gorilla Glass 3 and is  backed up with 3200mAh battery (that should last you for a whole day, even on 3G). This phone, when it starts shipping to Africa, would cost a lot.

Oh! Sorry! I've forgotten Blackberry!! LMAO!!! 

Blackberry had a press conference at the MWC and announced their new devices, the Q20 and the Z3. The Q20 is designed like the classic Bold 5 QWERTY keypad style, and includes the Menu, Back, Send, & End buttons + trackpad. The Z3 has a 5-inch HD screen, with 1.2Ghz dual-core processor with 1.5GB ram, in-built memory of 8GB, 5MP rear camera + 1.1MP front camera, and also comes with FM Radio. And that's it. Blackberry sha, they don't want to backdown yet. Let's hope these phones don't flop like the Z10 and Z30 **sigh**

YOUNG INVENTORS: 16 year old girl invents battery-less Torchlight!

Ann Makosinski, a 16 year old half-Filipino girl has invented a torchlight that doesn't require batteries, rather it uses the warmth (or radiated heat) of the hand of any person holding it. How the device works? Just hold the flashlight with your palm wrapped around it and it simply comes on, release or drop the device and it goes off. The device which has been nicknamed "The Hollow Thermoelectric Flashlight", was first presented by the young Filipino at the Google Science Fair late last year, and she won the category in her age group. Ann was presented with a trophy made of Legos, a trip to the Lego HQ in Denmark and $25,000 in scholarship.

Hi there! Uhh, i guess i need to introduce myself before i just start blogging away. I'm the new "sub-writer" for the MacQueen's blog. Now hold on, don't get all dramatic and confused, and before you ask, she didn't hire me, i signed up for this myself! I'm definitely not gonna be boring (trust me when i say that!) and I'm here to just jazz up the blog a bit. 1} Kim-Kanye Drama:
Few days ago, just so you didn't hear, Kanye West's proposal to Kim K was finally aired on E!, and it was totally a hyped affair! Kanye popped the question on an episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians", and the video was hidden away from fans until last week when E! was officially allowed to air it, and it was quite a show for the fans to bask in.

2} Grammys '14:

This year is totally Pharrell Williams' year. He got a Grammy along with the group, Daft Punk, for the Record of The Year category, and also got nominations for his hit song "Happy" which is the soundtrack to the animated movie "DespicableMe 2".

3} U.S BoxOffice recap: 
The new Warner Bros. 3D animated movie, The Lego Movie, features "Lego toys" as the characters, and it sure has succeeded in topping the Box Office for the 2nd week with $142million, making its total profit at $210million in just 2 weeks! Though Kevin Hart and Regina Hall's "About Last Night" comes in 2nd this week with $27million, and futuristic cyborg cop movie "Robocop" comes in 3rd with $30million this week, putting its total profit at $107million.

4} Nicki Minaj & the Wig Lawsuit:
Nicki Minaj's former hairstylist, Terrance Davidson, has filed a $30million on her. He claims that He and Nicki agreed on creating a new line of Wigs together, only to find those wigs on Nicki's site after he stopped working for her. In a nutshell, he wants compensation for the wigs that Nicky is now duplicating and showcasing on her site. Period.

5} Skales, dropped!
In other yeye and totally unimportant news, EME artiste - Skales, has had his contract renewal declined by Empire Mates Entertainment. Maybe because of his unyieldingness, or because he isn't doing what the label expects of him, i truly dunno. But word is, Skales wouldn't be an EME artiste for long. Bye, Skales!
